Nature Reviewer Assessment Skill：投稿前先跑一遍 Nature 審稿人流程

Nature Reviewer Assessment Skill（nature-reviewer）是 nature-skills 倉庫裏的一個技能單元，用於投稿前從審稿人視角對手稿做模擬評審。默認產出三份互盲的 reviewer reports 與一份事後綜合，按 originality、scientific importance、interdisciplinary readership、technical soundness、readability for nonspecialists 五個軸評估，每條意見綁定 claim_pointer 與 evidence_pointer，分爲 Major Concerns 與 Minor Comments，僅在會阻斷核心論證時標 Blocking Yes。1.5.0 版本新增強制執行的 forensic consistency audit，在三份報告凍結後、綜合前運行，覆蓋算術一致性、指標上下限、正文與表格矛盾、重複行、數據來源與泄漏、復現門檻，審計結果不回喂審稿人也不改凍結報告。共識只在至少兩位審稿人獨立提出同一問題時判定。技能明確只做評審、不寫返修回覆（對應 nature-response），不聲稱編輯決定。安裝可用 npx skills，Claude Code 需本地 clone 加 subagent wrapper；互盲依賴環境能隔離上下文，否則需每次調用生成一份報告。
